NabConn never asks for NAB Connect credentials

Use an official NAB-operated service for account authentication. Do not send NabConn your NAB Connect User ID, password, PIN, token code, one-time passcode, full card details or online-banking credentials.

Higher Scrutiny for Financial Claims

Fees, rates, credit limits, payment limits, security instructions, eligibility and approval language receive higher scrutiny because errors can affect financial decisions.

Source Hierarchy

Primary provider documents are preferred, followed by regulators or official institutions, then reliable secondary reporting where context is needed.

Current vs Historical

A historical product term should not be presented as current without checking the effective date.

Conflicting Sources

When two current sources conflict, we do not silently choose the more convenient number; the conflict should be resolved or disclosed.

Calculations

Derived figures should be reproducible from stated assumptions.

Comparisons

Both products should be checked against their own current sources rather than using one provider’s marketing page to describe a competitor.

Security Content

Login, password, token and fraud guidance is checked especially carefully and never asks readers to provide credentials to NabConn.
